Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on RecoverBase's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on RecoverBase's website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Service Description

RecoverBase provides a service that monitors Stripe accounts to identify failed payments and provides insights for revenue recovery. We integrate with Stripe through their official API and require appropriate Stripe account permissions.

Account Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Stripe account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or use paid features, you agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RecoverBase, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
