Takedown and copyright requests

RecoverBase publishes factual observations and commentary about publicly accessible storefronts, paired with cited research. If a page about your store is inaccurate, or you believe material here infringes your rights, we want to fix it.

Correcting a page about your store

Email us from an address on your brand's domain so we can confirm ownership. Tell us the page URL and what is wrong. We respond with an edit or a removal timeline.

Reporting a copyright concern

If you are a rights holder and believe content here infringes a copyright you own, send a notice that includes:

  • Identification of the work you say is infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) of the material you are asking us to remove.
  • Your contact details and your relationship to the work.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

We review every complete, good-faith notice and act on valid ones promptly. Counter-notices are accepted from anyone whose material was removed.

How to reach us

Email help@recoverbase.com or use the contact form. This is the channel for both correction and copyright requests.
